1. What is the © Agile Work Profiler (AWP)?
The Agile Work Profiler is an assessment designed to help you determine alternative career pathways that fit your current skills and interests. The AWP combines your input on how well you perform an activity with how much you enjoy it to determine the most fitting career opportunities.

2. Why was the AWP developed?
The AWP was developed to help you identify career opportunities that fit well with your skills and interests.

3. How will the AWP benefit me?
The AWP will provide you with a better understanding of several major “Agilities” that align with your interests and strengths. It will provide you with information that allows you to craft an attractive resume and engage recruiters.

4. What are Agilities?
Agilities are combinations of your strengths and interests in work activities, as reflected by your score on AWP. The ten Agilities are Developing Others, Evaluating and Estimating, Inspecting, Innovating, Managing, Operating Objects, Organizing, Selling and Communicating, Serving and Caring, and Working with Information.

5. Why are Agilities important?
By learning about your Agilities, you will learn more about yourself in language that highlights different career options. Once you complete the AWP you will receive a list of your current top three Agilities. These Agilities direct you toward occupations that might interest you and can lead to meaningful careers that are fulfilling, valued, and rewarding.

6. Who developed the AWP?
The AWP was developed by an interdisciplinary team of professionals at the DeBruce Foundation.

7. When was the AWP developed?
The AWP was developed in 2018.

8. Where was the AWP developed?
The AWP was developed at the DeBruce Foundation headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri.

9.Has the AWP been given before?
The AWP has undergone rigorous testing by multiple panels and has been revised based on feedback from the panels.  It has been used by more than 500 participants.

10. What distinguishes the AWP from other assessments?
The AWP focuses on your skills and interests at doing specific work activities, not your personality.

11. How long will the AWP take to complete?
Approximately 15 minutes.

12. Will my AWP scores change over time?
Yes, your AWP scores might change over time as your interests, skills and experiences change. Remember, the AWP is just a snapshot of your current skills and interests.
